    • Due to the custom nature of our artisan-built furniture, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy. Each piece is made to order and tailored to your specifications, making it difficult to accommodate returns.

    • We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances that require special consideration. If you believe there is a valid reason for a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your furniture.

    • Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Factors considered may include:

      • Manufacturing defects

      • Damages during shipping

      • Significant discrepancies from the agreed-upon specifications

  3. Process for Return Requests:

      • Photos of the furniture showing the problem

    • Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

  5. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom orders and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Final Sale Items

All sale and clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
